The5ers Futures Rules 2026: Payouts, Drawdown & Profit Split
The5ers Futures’ rules for every plan we list, taken from The5ers Futures’ own site and read on 24 Oct 2026: 2 plans across futures. The futures plans set every limit in dollars, shown below at 50K: profit targets of $3,000, a max loss of $2,000, no daily loss limit. Rules by plan
Dollar limits at 50K; each plan links to every size.How the plans differ
- Day Trade: Day Trade is the cheaper futures plan: the same 6% target and 4% end-of-day drawdown as Swing, but every position must be closed at least 10 minutes before the market closes.
- Swing: Swing costs $10 to $20 more than Day Trade for one extra: you can hold up to 1 mini or 10 micros overnight (never over the weekend).

Drawdown
Both plans have a 4% max loss that trails your highest end-of-day (midnight) balance or equity: $1,000 on 25K and $2,000 on 50K. The5ers doesn’t list a daily loss limit.
Targets and consistency
6% to pass ($1,500 on 25K, $3,000 on 50K), possible in one day, with no time limit. No single trade can be more than 40% of your total profit, in the evaluation or on the funded account; if one is, you keep trading until it drops to 40%.
Day Trade or Swing
Day Trade can’t hold overnight: close everything at least 10 minutes before the market closes. Swing costs $10 to $20 more and lets you hold up to 1 mini or 10 micros overnight. Neither can hold over the weekend. Both allow 2 minis (20 micros) on 25K and 4 minis (40 micros) on 50K.
Payouts
80% split on every payout. You can withdraw once the funded account is 14 days old and 4% up from its starting balance, and The5ers says payouts are capped at 3%. The evaluation fee comes back with your third payout. The funded account scales at every 10% gain, up to $500K.
Platform, news and restrictions
BlackArrow is the only platform (desktop, web and mobile). News trading is allowed. High-frequency or algorithmic trading and hedging aren’t supported. One-time fee, no activation fee and no monthly fee.
